Office Manager / Therapy Coordinator

Jennifer is one of NVPI’s longest-tenured team members, having worked alongside Dr. Graebe for over 15 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Kentucky University (Go Colonels!) and brings a level of warmth and dedication that patients feel from the moment they walk in.

Jennifer genuinely believes each patient she works with leaves a mark on her — and she shows up every day to return the favor. When she’s not at the clinic, she’s spending time with her husband Michael, her daughter Addison, and their dog Chloe. She loves being outside, going on family walks, crafting, and baking with Addison. Each day is a blessing, and she makes the most of it.

Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

Allison joined NVPI in 2017. You can find her working behind the scenes to keep operations, marketing, and the big-picture vision moving forward. She holds a Bachelor's in Integrated Strategic Communications (Public Relations) from the University of Kentucky. A wife and mom to three lively boys, Allison knows a thing or two about juggling a full life with intention. When she's not in the office, you'll find her working out, watching a good movie, catching up with friends over an iced coffee, or sneaking in sleep whenever the opportunity presents itself. She loves God, her family, and is proud to call NVPI home.

Fun fact: She's also Dr. Graebe's daughter!

Receptionist

Ashley joined NVPI in October 2022. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in both English and Japanese from Indiana University Bloomington — yes, both!

At home, she’s kept company by her two cats: Loki, a pretty tabby girl, and Izumi, a baby tuxedo boy. When she’s not at work, Ashley loves to travel, read, and stay current on the latest Nintendo Switch games.

Optometric Vision Therapist

Stacy came to NVPI in 2019 with a background in nursing — and a personal reason to believe in what vision therapy can do. After watching her daughter complete the program the year before, she knew she wanted to be part of the team making that kind of difference.

Now a vision therapist at NVPI, Stacy brings both clinical skill and the empathy of someone who's seen the process from a parent's perspective. When she's not in the clinic, she enjoys reading, baking, and getting outside — preferably somewhere near the beach.

Optometric Vision Therapist

Lydia made her way to Kentucky in 2022 after spending years in Texas, where she earned a degree in music and spent three years as a teacher. That background in both artistry and education shapes the way she connects with patients — meeting them where they are and helping them literally see the world differently.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and fur babies, enjoying good food, and finding moments to slow down and relax.

Optometric Vision Therapist

Kayla holds a Bachelor's in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Family Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University — but her connection to vision therapy goes beyond her degree. Diagnosed with a learning-related vision problem as a child, Kayla went through the very program she now helps deliver. That experience gave her something textbooks can't: a deep, personal understanding of what patients go through and the confidence that comes out on the other side.

She joined the NVPI team because she wanted to be part of that transformation for others. Outside the clinic, you'll find her at a concert, hanging out with friends and family, or watching a good movie.

Optometric Vision Therapist

Mara graduated from Berea College with a Bachelor's in Biology, bringing a strong academic foundation to her work at NVPI — where she actually got her start as a summer intern. She's passionate about walking alongside patients as they experience real, meaningful improvements in their vision and quality of life.

Outside the clinic, you'll find her out in nature, in the kitchen, lost in music, or out on the dance floor at a community dance. Mara plans to continue her journey in eye care by attending optometry school in Fall 2026.

Optometric Vision Therapist

Chelsea joined NVPI in 2024 with something not every therapist can offer — she's been in the patient's chair herself. Having gone through vision therapy as a child, she brings a firsthand understanding of the process and a genuine passion for helping others experience the same life-changing results.

Chelsea is known for creating a warm, encouraging environment where patients feel supported every step of the way. Outside of work, she loves exploring the outdoors with her golden retriever, Ford, and spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking.
