Dr. Mallory Cook, OD, is an optometrist at Neuro Vision Performance Institute, serving patients at both the Versailles and Somerset locations in Central and Southern Kentucky. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Health Sciences from the University of Kentucky and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at Southern College of Optometry.

Dr. Cook has a special interest in pediatric eye care, vision development, brain injury rehabilitation, and Neuro-Visual Performance Training. She enjoys helping children and adults improve how their eyes and brain work together for clearer, more comfortable vision.

Dr. Cook completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky before earning her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry. Her clinical interests include pediatric eye care, visual development, rehabilitation after brain injury, and helping patients build stronger visual performance in everyday life.

She brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care and works closely with children and adults who need support beyond a routine eye exam.

At Neuro Vision Performance Institute, Dr. Cook works within a model of care that recognizes vision as more than just 20/20 eyesight. Her care supports the connection between the eyes, brain, body, and mind so patients can function more comfortably and confidently in daily life.

She serves patients throughout Central and Southern Kentucky at the practice’s Versailles and Somerset locations. Whether working with children, adults, or patients recovering from neurological or visual challenges, Dr. Cook focuses on helping each patient build stronger visual performance in a supportive, individualized setting.
